COOKERY CLASSES
Nicolas Conraux has entrusted the most skilled members of his team with the task of sharing La Butte’s culinary savoir-faire in classes organised around specific themes. Each session takes amateurs through the process of selecting and transforming a product, and teaches them how to perfect a meal or dessert recipe.
Open to beginners as well as to confirmed cooks, La Butte’s classes are limited to 8 participants, with a minimum of 5, in order to allow for a maximum of interaction and to enable trainers to personalise their instruction.
